Heck no, pipe it to the engine and get over 100 mpg.

I submit what we need is smart drivers more than smart cars.

Amen. Each time I drive I wonder if all the common sense challenged drivers will make it home in one piece. Like the three drivers who made illegal left turns in front of a school bus full of kids doing about 30 miles per hour. I had no idea a bus could stop that fast. I pray none of the kids were injured. Yes, going back to the basics is the key. Smart drivers first, then followed by the smart cars.
