Morning all,
I just surfing through ebay and notice a few 510 table carriages with a hand wheel and was wondering if they would fit on my greenie mark V or can I just install a hand wheel on mind.

If you switch to the 510 carriage then you have to change to the 510 table. Not a bad thing but adds $$$
I can't say if the 510 hand-wheel will fit without modifications, never tried to move mine.
I do have one older SS with a hand-wheel but it was an after-market conversion by a previous owner.

There has been a posting here regarding this idea but I can not find it to refresh my memory. I believe that the answer was yes, it can be done but it is not simple. The shaft also had to be replaced or altered.
I'll keep looking.

If you want to investigate putting on your own hand wheel, here is a good place to start looking for the correct size:

Thanks All
I'll put this idea on the back burner for now, I need to get my greenie up and running first. Just not done with all the sand blasting.
