Shop built Power Station(s)

Does anyone have a plan for a shop built power station that would allow me to convert either my band saw, jointer or belt sander to a compact, free standing but movable tool? Haven't had any luck finding a used power station locally and the new ones are very expensive.

What about a cheap used Mark 5 from your local Craig's List and cut the tubes down real short?
