Plywood cart/rack

One of my favorite internet activities is doing Google image searches on things I might want to use in the shop. I steal some of my best ideas that way... 
I was looking at ideas for plywood carts and my current closest pick is this one:

The fellow that was designing this one was thinking about storing clamps in it too which is the reason for the holes/tubes in the lower center I would expect to keep that space available for partial sheets. Still, I do like the basics of it for my use.
I don't keep large quantities of sheet goods so it should serve me OK.
