I wasn't asked and don't expect to be but I'd rather have a free gift card or a package of dust collector bags or a help kit or something like that (shipped to me postage free).

Until that happens, I'll be content with the free comradery of the forum.

MickyD posted that I would get a free tour of the SS facility after posting my 1000th.

Now I understand that big burst of postings that you produced.

Sure wish MickyD would bless us again with his presence on the forum.

If he loves cycling as much as I know some people do, he may never take time to make sawdust again.

He was 'in' to cycling before he graced this forum. I wondered how long his 'infatuation' with woodworking would last. He certainly made a lasting impression on us all.

Now please explain why he suddenly disappeared right after a trip to AZ when he met up with a 'few' geez. . ah . . forum members?:D

I know he had a motorcycle back then but I did not know he was into mountain biking.

I don't know. Maybe Shipwright or Gene can tell you.

Platinum is quite the honor. Perhaps something between gold and platinum....Ebony maybe. Should be a wood product.

Maybe all memeber levels should be species of wood.
