Is the part to the right of the saw guard in view 1,4,5, a SS part? If it is what is it?

Yep, looks like he is right. I wish a deal like that would come my way. Speed increaser, belt sander and even the strip sander fetch decent money for resale. With a dust collector and a 510 with a shelf, band saw and a jointer I can't imagine it would last long at that price.

Yes, looks like a speed increaser. Looks like there is also a dovetail jig on the other side of the saw guard. Definitely a nice deal with all the extras.
