Howdy,

A part of me wants to buy this mark v http://salem.craigslist.org/tls/3653897427.html to combine with the one I just purchased. Maybe I could create the perfect frankestein's monster? Maybe save money on SS parts?
I also like to keep my money. :)

Not a bad price and the equipment appears to be in good shape. If I was close by, you would already be out of luck.

You're not kidding. It's got a bandsaw, looks new enough to have the higher horsepower motor AND looks like a router fence on the floor, too. $250 would be a steal around here.

No question re the motor! That be a 'shaper fence'.

Interesting 'appendage' on the upper shaft.

Live center in the tailstock!

No saw blade.

No drill chuck key.

Easy 'issues' to fix.

DOB after 1979.(SS Inc.)

Update: Seller didn't get back to me, and I didn't try again. I was happy to save my money.

Frugal - yes. Stupid - no. That is a good and a nice machine.
