Since I use pegboard too, I also liked it and saved it for when I have time to actually do it.

Using drywall anchors in the holes sort of defeats the purpose of pegboard, no? It's not real easy to shuffle things around, unless I'm missing something.

They are removable. They are tight/secure. They are plastic anchors, not moly-bolts.;)



How pray tell would you 'secure' them? I have tried hanging similar DIY holders on hooks, but, am not satisfied with that result(tend to be loose).

I have some "magnetic bars" mounted on my pegboard systems which are attached with 3/16" cable ties. Haven't noticed any looseness yet after 6 years use.

I assume you had access to the back side when installing them. Good idea!!!

I've just never been able to get on board with peg board. It just never seems to work for me. I much prefer drawers. Nice tip though and I'm sure peg board users will find it useful.

I install vertical strips on back side of peg board. this act's as backing for scews to hold French Cleat hangers that fasten horitzonal to front of peg board.
