Awesome! Just don't get your hands near that rotary during operation. :)

Glad to see that he's selling that machine and not scrapping it. I'll bet it's worth more than $800 in recyclable material.

Neat!

That's not a jointer, that's an aircraft carrier!

When I'm in the 'doghouse' I could sleep there.

I wish it was next door. I would go visiting, carrying everything I needed to be checked for flat or straight.

Dusty,
Just make sure if you use it for bed, that no one can provide electricity to it. :D

I WANT it!

But my wife does not understand why. I know this, because when she asked why I was chuckling, I made the mistake of showing her.

And to be honest, I'm a little fuzzy on the why, myself. It's not every day that I need to joint entire tree trunks.

It would make a great dining room table, wet bar, ironing board, magnetic message board, or plant stand. The uses for that thing are virtually unlimited!

Wow, I never thought of using it as a dining room table. Very cool idea. And better yet, if I use it as a dining room table, I DO need a huge jointer to make tree trunks into giant beams to reinforce my dining room floor. That's so obvious, my wife might even understand it! :D
