My wife has MS and doesn’t have the strength in her hands that she used to have. She has trouble grasping and turning small things so I made a couple of larger handles for things she uses on a regular basis. One is for a vegetable/cheese slicer. The other is for a small faucet handle in the bathroom.
This post shows the slicer knob “enlarger”. The other post shows the faucet handle “enlarger”.

The arrow on top of the knob shows which slot goes over the larger side of the adjustment knob. You can see the difference if you look carefully at the underside of the slicer.
