It was in the lower 90s today in Phoenix.

Not really, in April, in the southern portion of the state, typically daytime temps are in the low 50's and 2-4" of rain - not 10" of stuff to shovel and of course the real issue is the rush hour drive times.

And while it's not been a particularly cold year - there is still ice on most lakes- and the fishing opener is less than 2 weeks away agh!!!!

Speaking of cold, the joke here is:
"Well if it's snowing - at least it's warm!"
