A 'grandfathered' site if ever there was one.
Notice the dog was smart enough to avoid 'injury'. Looks like it had been around quite a while.
A good example of safety is an awareness of hazards and not doing anything stupid. Check out the steam logging mill videos.
Sorry, you brought up OSHA.
