Power Pro rumble at start up normal?

I just complete my Power Pro upgrade of my SS 520. I followed the belt tension adjustment and all other adjustment directions in the DVD Video and the printed instructions. My Power Pro runs very quietly at speed.
My question is regarding start up. When the motor first starts to spin (with saw blade or nothing attached to the primary spindle), I get a rumble for the first few revolutions. After it comes up to speed, it is quiet and smooth.
When I have the Jointer attached to the Headstock, I do not hear the rumble at start up.
The rumble does not happen all the time. Many times the first and/or second time starting the SS it starts with no rumble, but after the first and/or second start up, it rumbles at start up.
I have not been able to adjust the rumble out using the eccentric bushing.
Is this normal or is there something else I need to adjust.
Again, during use and when running at speed, it is quiet and smooth.
Thanks for your help.
