Hi,

All is well with my family and me. We were without water and power for a day plus, just got power back around 9 PM.

We were holed up in our storm cellar. Even though the tornado was about a mile south, we could hear it as it was quite loud.

I haven't seen the damage yet, other than on a small grainy TV. The emergency responders arrived in minutes after the storm triaging and securing. National Guard within another hour or two to keep looky loos and looters out. I was here also for the May 3 1999 EF5 that went about 1/4 mile west and north, same kind of destruction or maybe worse this time, although a shorter track.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.

great news indeed, I have family in Moore and they are safe but in their words, " buried in debris". They didn't get to their homes until yesterday.

Fine after round 2 of the Moore (OKC, Yukon, El Reno, Norman, etc.) tornadoes that went through yesterday evening. Without power again.

Unfortunately, more lives lost, none that I know. Lots of smaller damage in the city area, to include a lot of power outage.
