Scrollsaw belt replacement

I picked up a 20" scroll saw from my cousin. It's been sitting for a log time and the clear plastic belt was rotted out. So I got a new one from shopsmith but have no idea how to replace. Manuals have been less than useful seems like a normal thing that would need to be done. I can't figure out how to get in there and put the new belt on. Any help would be appreciated.
