Scrollsaw belt replacement

I picked up a 20" scroll saw from my cousin. It's been sitting for a log time and the clear plastic belt was rotted out. So I got a new one from shopsmith but have no idea how to replace. Manuals have been less than useful seems like a normal thing that would need to be done. I can't figure out how to get in there and put the new belt on. Any help would be appreciated.
Same problem

I got a SS scroll saw 2 weeks ago and the belt broke about half an hour ago. As I am new to the scroll saw, I changed the speed to slower the last time I used it. Today the saw seemed to be laboring so I bumped the speed up. A few minutes later the belt failed. I do not know if the perceived laboring caused the failure or if brittle belt made it labor. May have been a dull blade for all I know.
I also don't how hard it will be to replace. I was wondering if you had gotten it installed/had any problem? I will be calling customer service in the morning:(

I'll look for the specific post about the belt, but that should give you more than you ever need to know!

Update: I skimmed through the thread and don't see anything about the belt, maybe JPG can enlighten us. I found a belt in the stand diagram, but I'm not sure if that's what you are after.

JPG does not have a 'stand alone' version, only the ss mounted one.

Maybe this might help see how it fits together.

My guess is that OP figured it out and had no trouble stretching the belt over the 2 pulleys....I hope:D . If that's it, I should be able to handle it:)

Talked to Linda in customer service this a.m. Ordered part. They sent me an email with PDF attachment instruction sheet - a scanned in image saved as a PDF. I am not sure how to save something that in a format that could be posted here. If I run into trouble when the part arrives, I will key it into the thread:( .
The instruction sheet references the parts according to the parts diagram, so Linda did check to make sure I had a parts diagram.
BTW, these instructions are for Model Number 555685. When Linda asked for the Model number I had to check. I found I have model number 555684 printed on the sticker.

Linda says that's not a Model number of any of the Scroll Saws, but based on its Teal color (blue-green to me, so someone needs to go over the man rules with CS:D ) we are sure it is really a 555685.

There are several ways but an easy way that anyone can do is by taking a screenshot(s). To do this, open the PDF file and zoom so a single page fills the screen without any cutoff. While holding the "alt" key, hit "print screen". Print screen is usually in the top row of the keyboard, 3rd key from the right end. Alt+print screen will copy the screen exactly as you see it. Open paint and paste the copied screenshot. You can paste by right clicking and choosing paste or by hitting ctrl+V.
Crop the new paint picture to your liking and save it as a picture. Repeat with each page.
