fire near Lancaster, CA

Anyone heard from members Charlese and Shortslvs, who live in Lancaster, CA, near the Powerhouse wildfire?

Fire didn't really get into what I call Lancaster. The Lake Hughes and Elizabeth communities are nestled into the hills and chaparral to the South and West of Lancaster and Palmdale.
Shortsleves is a lot closer than my place, he should have gotten a big dose of smoke. I'm 7 miles to the East - no big problem - we got plenty of ash which was easy to blow away.
Over here, we had more damage from the high winds and dust from a couple of weeks ago.
