Help in Minnesota?

In the mid 80's my grandfather gave me his 1956 Mark 5 while I was in high school. It worked well after lubing and cleaning it up a bit, and I made my first and only project which were some speakers for the back of my hand me down station wagon.
Anyway, I lost interest in wood working and the Shopsmith has been stored indoors ever since. I just retrieved it from storage and would like to restore it so I can give it to a nephew who has interest in the craft. I have NO skills to do this. Are there services available or other owners willing to help to get this done?
If anyone can offer me advice, respond or contact me, Jeff Klemmer, at 651-398-7270 or jeffk@springsiderealty.com.
