OK, so I inherited an older Mark 5. I believe it is a 510. Hard to tell since it is in boxes. Legs removed etc. Going to be a challenge putting it all back together. Where to start? Anything I really need to pay close attention to? I am hoping one of the boxes that came with it will have an assembly manual in it. And I am hoping the screws are all there as well.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

The shopsmith would have come with manuals and I think a video so digging through the boxes could produce all you need. If not give shopsmith a call and get a copy of the manual, you will have to find out which model it is first, we can help with that if you provide more information (pictures are good).

If you go back to your profile and add a location it is possible we have a member local to you who might be willing to stop in and have a look at what you have and provide some help as needed.

Would watching the old setup videos give you a sense of what was originally done to get going?
