Reporting it brings it to the attention of the Moderators so they can remove the SPAM and ban the poster. I am not a moderator so I can't 'simultaneously' ban anyone. If reporting SPAM achieves very little why do we have the ability to do it? Are you telling the forum members to stop reporting SPAM because it does nothing?
