PowerPro As An Overhead Router

I just used my PowerPro as an overhead router for the first time on an actual project. I have played around with it when I first got the machine; but not in ernest. I really liked being able to see the cut as it was being made. I felt like I had much better control and there was absolutely no burning. Don't know if I will ever use my router table again.
Some times over the last months since I made the decision to sell the PM2000 table saw, the Rikon bandsaw and the PM2800 drill press to buy the Mark 7, I have had second thoughts. I love the extra room it created; but it is not nearly as convenient. On this project thought, it cut the purple heart and the hard maple without a single burn, I could never seem to accomplish that with the PM2000. And, now with the routing experience. No regrets.
