Josh found this on Craigslist this morning. Looks like a 10ER with speed changer.

So, did you get it?

Yes, it has a speedchanger.

Unless there are other parts, or more pictures,
I wouldn't give much more than $100/150 or so.

Looks like it is a drill-press with a speedchanger.
You'll need a LOT of parts to get it running.

So I pulled a Fred Sheldon and offered the guy $25 bucks for it. He was insulted to say the least. He wants $350 or he is going to post it on EBay. So I let him know he was way off and and it was worth maybe $100 bucks for parts (speed changer in mind). So I have soften him up for you Josh. Keep us posted. :)

Let him make a few unsold rounds on E-Bay and after paying their listing fees a few times for nothing, he'll come around to reality.

IIUC if it only 'costs' if it sells.

Well, I'm one of those soft scientists who has little respect form my peers and have little knowledge of the hard sciences; however, I do know and respect language and the meaning of words. JPG I am astonished that you, so erudite in all your posts, would use patina as a synonym for rust. Patina is applicable to copper and bronze (and perhaps some other metals, but not iron or steel). If you are Catholic and confess this grevious sin to a priest you should get three Mail Mary'sl, two Our Father's and put a dollar into the collection. If you are not Catholic then hang your head and look ashamed. What's with the eyeball roll? That's what teen-aged daughters do when their mothers correct them?
