Router Storage Cabinet

I am building a router storage cabinet. My own design, nothing fancy, mostly free pine from a friend.
75 boards actual measured 1 by 7 1/4 by 42 and about a third of them 49 inches. I have been wanting a storage cabinet and decided now is the time.
I have the cabinet done and am working on the bit storage. I plan to use pine again but would prefer not to have my collection of router bit in direct contact with the pine because of moisture of course. I have used plastic tubing in a similar cabinet (Dremel) and for my forstner bits. Spell the previous as cheap.
What I am looking for are inserts that can be interchanges between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch router bits. I am sure I have seen them in somebody's catalog and referenced in a wood working mag or two.. But my OFD (Old F.... Disease) has assisted in my failure to find these.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
