Sanding disc comes loose.

If I leave the sanding disc attached while using the band saw it works itself loose. The set screw loosens. This is a new happening. I tighten it pretty good and make sure it is line up correctly. I don't have the problem with drill chuck. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
