mom's going to 91..what do you get?
so Steve Good had a clock pattern, which I changed out the pix to a rose, since my mom's name is Rose,

The dial will be a pix of the four kids.

what I need help on is visualization.

the one pix, shows the pattern, the other, the back without the pattern to reference.

This front, will be glued on to a back piece.

You can see I have a couple of more cuts, bottom leaves (holes).

What else should I cut out if anything else?

I see 4 areas in the 'bloom', two of which you started but did not complete. You need very a small blade for this.

Yes I would agree with JPG you will need a very fine blade for those cuts. I would try using a 2/0 Blade. I use Flying Dutchman and Olson Brands. Just make sure you have a few handy as they break easy being that small. Take your time cutting and it should not be a problem.

thanks, I have fine puzzle blades from flying Dutchman, just wasn't sure about around the leaves, but those four cuts, I know I have to do.

I see at least 4 'more' areas to be drilled and cut out in the leaves/stems etc.

I would have thought that you would want the pieces you've already cut out (the petals) as the top elevated parts, along with the leaves and stems.
