i just bought a fairly complete 10ER today.Id like to add a speed changer and a couple lathe face plates to it.Let me know if you have any addons for this thing at a reasonable price. What attachments were made for these? I have to get a copy of the manual do some research.I plan to use it mostly as a wood lathe and occasionally as the drill press.I'll post some pictures as soon as I get it together.
Here are the pics from the CL add.FWIW

You need to look up the 10ER yahoo user group. They have the parts and know how you are looking for. Not to say this group doesn't, but they are dedicated to just the 10E & 10ER.

You can download a copy of the 10ER owners manual, accessories catalogue etc from Vintage Machinery.

A good place to start you research on this forum would be here

The 10ER speed changers sell for a minimum of $100 on Ebay and often a lot more. It can be cheaper sometimes to watch on Craigslist for a good deal on a second 10er that includes a speed changer. Then set one up as a drill press (short base or mounted to wall.) and use the for horizontal operations.
