I like it. Sit up time would be a lot less than tilting the table and a lot easier. Thanks for posting.

Ahhh, yes, but, Most(many?) drill press tables tilt the other direction so with this jig one could make compound angle holes. So, the jig would also be handy for 'us'.
Apparently that 'tip' was for those not in the most(many) category.
Any one up to calculating a compound drilling table? Think drill axis, table angle, and rotation angle on the table

Gotta wonder why all the weight reduction holes are tapped? Then why not! Provides many attachment opportunities.
You make those slotted 'braces'.
