Adding pictures to a Thread or Post

The original is closed and I want to post pictures. I am using Windows 8 and I can't find the paper clip referred to and what the attachment manager has had its' name changed to. And before anyone repeats what I already know, Windows 8 stinks, to be polite.

How are you trying to post? The quick reply has a "go advanced" button. That should give ya the paper clip need to post pics.
