Is this worth $150?
I'm not really in the market for yet another project but this is the first 10ER I've seen in my area.

1950 Shopsmith ER - $150 (Woodland Drives)
This is an ER model from 1950 according to the serial number.
It has been in storage for nearly 30 years and the previous history is unknown.
Condition is restorable.
The motor is free and turns but working condition unknown due to horrible re-wiring job.
Nothing is frozen.
Some accessory parts are there.
I believe some parts may be missing.

I'd wait. You're gonna need LOTS of parts to get it running properly. Unless you going to have more than one, and even then, I'd offer half.

I agree - I've gotten four 10Es in the past year for between $0 and $100 and all four were in better condition then that machine. I'd put that machine at $50 max given the elbow grease to clean it all up and the uncertainties of it's condition, missing parts etc.

$50 max was the exact number I was thinking.

I concur. $50 is a more realistic price in that condition.

Ditto. No 'extras' included. No apparent drill chuck. No casters. No saw blade/arbor. No lathe centers.

I just completed a rebuild on one that was in better shape than that one and still only paid $50 for it. Jim

Don't think ya could buy a new in 1962, plus it doesn't look to have much with it.

I love how people can hope to get $$ like that for a machine and don't even bother to clear all the cluttered crap from on and around it before taking a picture…clearly delusional on the price but regardless, I'd always clean things up as much as possible before taking photos and trying to sell…not that I ever get around to selling anything ;-)
