Attending or vending?
I'm thinking of letting my nephews sell my pens, etc. and chess sets at their local farmers market.
If I give in to temptation and a few years from now buy a laser engraver, I may feel the urge to set at a booth and do custom work. I like the idea of taking a black and white picture and laser etching it to a nice piece of ash.
Does Riverfront still have their big weekend markets?
Be well,
Ben

I do but not for profit.

Too many family members with needs.

My wife and I do a few a year for the last two years. I'll make them and she paints them. Here is the latest one.

If you do a show, do you legally have to report that as income and pay taxes (including SS taxes)? If that is so, then I can't play.

Not that I have the time.

Caregiving for a wife with MS leaves little time to get things done. She and lawn care takes priority.

Get rid of the lawn!
Pretend you are in AZ and get a couple loads of colored gravel.

The ones we get in usually have a person giving out the State tax forms and they usually report vendors to the tax man. We pay ours, it never comes out to much and we figure it into the price for the items so that the price people pay is tax included.
