That's a Swsmith2000, Shopsmith's cabinet style table saw they came out with for a few years in the early 90's. It was substantially overpriced at the time and a bit under engineered. I picked one up several years ago and its a decent saw.
The sliding blade feature is a bit gimmicky and many have complained of lack of accuracy when its used. If you have the Shopsmith addiction, can put up with lack of spare parts and quirkiness, then this is the table saw for you. But for all practical purposes your better off buying good used Delta Unisaw.

That being said, the one pictured looks to have the premium fence and table upgrade and would be worth a look if the price was negotiable. I paid under 200 for my base model, but it was lightly used and came with extra blades and a hard to find dado insert. But then I'm an admitted Shopsmith addict.

Interesting, Boulder Junction is my home town. I even know the location that is mentioned but have no idea who the person is. He/she has a nice collection of tools but the prices are a bit too high for me to be buying them and giving them to my brother who still lives in town.

I simply have no more room here in IL and the shopsmith I have up north will be moving down this way to live with one of my sons as we are putting the house in the UP up for sale.

It's the "Ultra" model with the Excalibur fence system (78" rails). SS has no, zero parts for them. They show up very infrequently. I've got the same model with a spare set of Excalibur rails cut down to 49". Currently set up with a Woodworker II blade. Accessories for dado are virtually impossible to find. I bought a spare motor off eBay a year ago as a precaution.
