These things are heavy duty and a number of them are still in use. I have a very early model in my collection.

$50 Model 500 in Shelburne Falls, MA

It's old and beat up, not much there except for the main components. And Shelburne Falls is near the edge of the earth. I don't know anyone who's been that far into northwest Massachusetts and ever returned alive.
