ITSA Greenie. Jig saw, jointer(maybe fence in de box), shaper fence, mortising hold down. . . . .

I think DLB's suggestion is a good un.

NEEDS TLC!

What was the asking $$$?
$500.00

I have an automated search set up on Craigs. It is only supposed to send me new postings but some sellers will repost every day. This one pops up about every other day.

I was thinking it's a Greenie myself. Do Greenies have a Gilmer drive?

I was thinking that I would offer him $100 for it. Then keep it until I could get around to either restoring it or parting it out.

Robert,

Unless it has been upgraded all Greenies are Gilmer Drive. Because the picture is so blurry it is hard to tell if it is an "A" or "B" headstock. It looks like the Jointer's fence is in one of the boxes and it is an early Model 620 Jointer. Since it has been for sale so long and that it was in a house they bought they may go lower on the price since they really don't have anything invested in it. A few years ago, I got a Mark 5 Greenie, Jig Saw and Jointer for free that was left in a house and the owner didn't want.

My guess would be a "B". Only the belt cover screw above the bump appears as a funky line caused by camera moving while the shutter was open.

If you're trying to sell something, why would you use the worst possible pictures you could take?

I asked for better photos and told him it would sell better with good photos. Crickets.

He added the jointer photos recently.

Will the base assemblies from this Greenie work on a 1980s Mark V?

I have enough parts to make another Shopsmith except for one of my castings is broken.

I guess that's what you'd call an unmotivated seller
