Bravo. Anderson is an honest and reliable ShopSmith repairman. His DVDs carried me through the repair of my first greenie. I keep those DVDs as my ShopSmith Bible and turn to them if I ever feel uncertain about a repair procedure.

Well crap... I just had three head stocks down there for service 2 weeks ago and I guess I didn't have number 1000. He does amazing work, reused my leftovers from the PowerPro upgrade and gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. :) Can't recommend him highly enough!!! A great craftsman and a true benefit to the Shopsmith community! :D

About a month ago, my 1986 Shopsmith didn't turn on. Nothing - no noise/humming or anything from the motor. I ended up sending it into Jacob and a week or so after it came back and sounds brand new. He does great work and I bought his DVD's and it was great watching him take the headstock completely apart and then put back together again. If I had a bearing press, I might have tried it the repair myself. But since I don't I'm glad he's in the SS scene helping others like myself renew their Shopsmith.
