For those of you that have a jointer attached at one end of your SS. What is the quickest way to disconnect this and then reconnect so you can move the way tubes into a vertical position? I am guessing its not supposed to stay attached all the time???
Thanks

I've never had one, but they are supposed to just fold under the headrest. Pop the belt off, and let it hang under the headrest.

Take the belt off of the jointer pulley, and grab hold of the back (pulley side) of the jointer, lift and pull towards you. (Assuming you are standing on the left side of the ER.) The jointer will swing over, and hang upside down, off of the headstock.

Skuo,
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Was there a lower guard for the 10ER? I keep hearing about it, but never have seen one. Has someone just made one. That open blade under there does bother me at times.....

I saw a picture posted somewhere once of a 10er lower saw guard that had been made from an old stainless steel pot and lid that had been cut down.
Sorry I can't remember if it was here or on the Yahoo group.
