I've had my 520 for 16 months. Lately i've notices the floating tables have been saging about 1/8" below the worktable. when i tried to align it, it moves as i tighten the screw (Part 143

Any suggestions?
Alignment, 520 Floating Table

Matt, I am assuming that the part in reference is #243 and not #143.
That screw is one of three on each end of the floating table that secures the rail to the table. The vertical position of that rail is part of and critical to the alignment of the floating table.
When the support tubes are locked into the rails, the floating table assumes a physical position that was determined during the alignment procedures and - supposedly, locked in place when you tightened those screws.
The lock nuts (#248) should secure the rails so they do not move. Do you have lock nuts in place.
If I'm not mistaken, the flat head screw is a flathead allen head screw. If it is, I recommend that you tighten the nuts (#248) with a wrench and simply hold the allen screw with the allen wrench. That is, do not try to torgue down the screws with allen wrench.
I am very curious. Please do keep us posted.
