The banjo that I cracked was on my 500. It doesn't appear to be cast iron maybe cast aluminum at least it isn't magnetic. Seems to be made out of the same stuff as the Shopsmith Case.skou wrote:The ER's tailstock IS adjustable, just not that much. Banjo, would that be the base of the tool rest? Never heard of one cracking on any Model 10, but then, those are cast iron.
