Anyone know of a place for servicing Series V head in the San Diego, CA, area?

Tadd, with the information and folks from this forum, plus an itty bit of courage, and a pinch of determination, I bet you could perform any needed service yourself.

I have purchased a few rebuilt ShopSmith parts from Simon Eng (
simon*e) on eBay and been pleased with the products..
He lives in Anaheim, CA and does ShopSmith rebuilds.

Where abouts in the San Diego area are you. I am in La Mesa and have helped numerous locals with their machines.
Unfortunately, my energy level varies these days as a result of medical treatments that I am receiving. You may contact me directly at the email below.
Also, I would highly recommend Simon Eng in Orange County. If you go to Orange County craigslist and search Shopsmith, he often has an ad for rebuild services.

That is knot difficult to do. Just clean, wax and lube it.
