Speed Changer

Speed Changer seizes-up as you start to rotate it, and when you turn-on the machine it trips the circuit breaker?
Never turn the speed changer unless the machine is running!
Make sure you have a 20 amp circuit to run your Shopsmith. If if still trips you have another problem.
