I Hate Forgetful Shopping Carts

When I log into and shop at other e-commerce sites (Amazon being a prime example), they somehow "remember" the items I have put in the shopping cart. Not so Shopsmith.

Last night I logged into my "Personal Home Page" on the main Shopsmith web site and put a couple of service items in my shopping cart. I didn't buy them because I wanted to see if today's special was something I wanted to add to my order. This morning, however, when I logged in to my Personal Home Page my Shopping cart was empty.

Of course I could make a paper list and hopefully not lose it, but it would be nice if the Shopsmith website would remember for me and keep items in my shopping cart until I have either completed a purchase or deleted the item.

I agree, that has happened to me twice. And I didn't wind up buying anything from them for that reason.

I wish they would let up build up a "wish list" and combine it into a combined shipping process ....

There has to be a logical reason for this happening. It does not make sense for Shopsmith to empty your shopping cart without you instructing them to do so.

I trust that Shopsmith will fix this...before it happens to me.

A week or so ago I started a shopping list and did not finish intentionally; with the plan to go back to it after rearranging the shop and verify my needs for bandsaw blades, sanding belts and disks.
