Advice needed for cutting slots on a Dominos tray

I would like to make a replica of the plastic trays that I purchased for a "Mexican Train" game. These trays hold the dominoes. The Tray in inches is 3/4x5x12. The difficult part is replicating the five parallel slots (length wise) that hold the dominoes. Each slot is angled 15 degrees at at back and 10 degrees on bottom and the front of each slot is a straight 90 degrees. Depth in back is 5/16 and in front of slot 4/16.

I tried to attach a picture with this post but not sure how to do it.

If so, three passes.

1 dado 10 degree slot

2 trim 15 degree back edge

3 trim 90 degree front edge

Repeat more four times.

Thank you … your drawing is almost better than a picture. I will try what you suggested.
