Dalmata Wood

Anyone have any experience with Dalmata wood? I got a small bowl blank for Christmas and have to figure out what to do with it.
I had never heard of dalmata, but looking it up, it appears to be a good wood for turning. Make something beautiful out of it and post a picture for us to see.
