I'm glad you figured out your situation.

I'm not glad you couldn't finish this conversation without making an ugly comment.

Where's that disapproval emoticon?
    :(

Let they who are without sin cast the first stone!

Reminds me of the pot and the kettle!
Moving this conversation to a more appropriate place.

If I introduce a hot-button topic in an inflammatory manner, I hope you call me on it.
If I do so outside of the Community forum, I hope you call me on that.
And if I do so repeatedly, I hope you call me on it repeatedly.

When someone throws down the gauntlet, I stoop to take the bait. Perhaps I shouldn't. Other's take a "don't feed the trolls" attitude. That's the higher road, but I'm not sure that leaves us better off.

But, I'm not the same as the 'pot'.

As always, the intent becomes the upper most attribute when 'judging' another's comments. Comments made in 'jest' are just that even though they may be thinly veiled. Kicker is, as the 'cause' of this interchange has already pointed out, when there be truth within, that should be considered when reacting to it. Yes the choice of words were inflammatory, so I think that is what bugs you.

Pots/kettles, shovels/spades I am sure the kettle thinks the pot is black also. Make sure to call a shovel a shovel. ;)

Nothing wrong with those things you mentioned, but as for picking up the gauntlet, make sure you are not looking for gauntlets beforehand.
