Bandsaw roller bearing fix

While changing the blade on my bandsaw I checked the roller bearings, 2 of the three were not rolling freely.
I removed the three roller bearing and oiled them to see if that would free them up. It did not. So I carefully removed the shields from the rolling bearing and cleaned them. I used several different picks and dental picks ( free from the dentist, just have to ask. Got four different picks from him.). Using the picks I clean up all the wood dust and grease in the bearing. Packing them with wheel bearing grease in each and put the shield back on. They roll like new again.

I will have to do it again in the future because the shields do not keep the saw dust out 100%. By packing the bearing full of grease it should be a long time before I have to clean and repack the bearing.

The dental picks I got from my dentist sure helped a lot cleaning the bearing. They are useful for a lot of things.
