Casters

I have had my upgraded 520 for serveral years. I recently statrted having problems with the caster/wheels on the end where I strore my Jointer. The bar with the cams slips out of the sockets and drops the Mark V to the floor. What happened and other than a tie rod How can I fix this?:(
