I really like the idea of the little tiny house, but for my family, at this stage of our lives, it just wouldn't be practical. However, as I built some new storage cabinets for the garage and under my Shopsmith, with the goal of still being able to park both minivans inside, I may have created the little tiny woodshop.

Shop "open". Rolling cabinet has holes to stand bandsaw and main table when not in use. Room for one minivan. Still feel like I need to organize this better. Extension legs, fences, guides and guards hang on the outsides of the cabinet. "Closed" little tiny shop, takes up a little over 6' x 3'. Wall cabinet doors, also pegboard, just clear table and headstock. Rolling cabinet just fits underneath. I made some custom pegboard accessories. Pencil/pen holder made from some scrap left over from a PVC porch railing. Square hooks screwed into the back of a board make a pegable shelf. Add some 5/8 dowels and holes for morse tapers, wrenches, and chuck key. Now to start making things with the Shopsmith instead of for the Shopsmith.

Just so you know, I'm going to steal some of your ideas. .

I really like that "arbor organizer". Super space-efficient, with all the stuff right at hand. Sure beats rooting around in a drawer to find what you need (my current system).

Have 1 question though, how are you holding up your Crosscut Sliding Table on the peg board behind your Shopsmith?

The crosscut sliding table is resting on two long peghooks and leaning against the wall. Seems to balance there pretty well, so far. If I thought I'd be bumping into it, I'd probably hook something around it to keep it more secure.

You can also make small storage drawers with your shelves. I've found those drawers very handy for organization and finding stuff.

I did the same thing without the peg board. Also for the molder cutters and my wife's scroll saw blades.
