Mark V Lubrication

My dad called me and told me he bought a Mark V that looks like new from a thrift store for $350. He's really excited about it.

I know nothing about these machines. I've read that something needs periodic lubrication that Bill advises to use Zoom oil on. What is this part? I really don't want to see him seize a bearing or whatever on his "New" machine.

There's two parts that need lube every 10 hours of running time. The floating sheaves and the motor sheave.

Good answer!

Don't forget to look at the pork chop part of the speed control.
