That is the somewhat famous Hawk saw. My brother has one and loved it, well until they went out of business and he needed parts. I don't know how interested anyone is but here is some history.

As it turns out they were saved some years back and now produce what I've heard is a great saw. I don't know if my brother ever got the parts he needed or not, he's at the point that he does very little wood working anymore. Have to ask him sometime, maybe I could adapt his to a shopsmith???
