Severely rusted/frozen motor case screws

I really have no idea what to call these screws. There are four that keep the motor housing closed, and are about 8" (didn't measure) long. The bottom two are severely rusted and now stripped pretty badly because I'm an idiot!
The shopsmith I picked up had been left outside for the winter in Massachusetts last year (maybe longer, I don't know) and has suffered some really bad rust in the motor pan as a result.
I'm pretty lost on how to get this baby apart to clean it. I THINK I can just snap these motor case screw heads to get it apart and chuck them in my drill to remove them. I've been PB blasting them for 2 weeks now so I'm thinking I've run out of viable options.
Any help would be awesomely appreciated!
EDIT:
Are these motor casing screws (bolts? naming??) standard items? Where could I get replacements, in case I need to go the destructive route?
