anyone know if it is possible to buy sliding T-nuts like Shopsmiths:

in bulk? I've looked around but haven't found anything and one set I bought didn't fit the miter track.

There may or may not be another source, but if you are after a large quantity, why not ask SS customer service if they will give you a discount?

I got this setup from Woodcraft. I think it was either made by Benchdog or Jessem. In any case the diameter of the shoulder section above the nut portion of the actual t-nut was a fraction to big. I simply screwed it on the bolt and chucked in my drill chuck on the SS and using a file turned it down. Took about 30 seconds.
I like these t-nuts because you can use them both as t-nuts or t-bolts. A bolt head will fit into the indent on the bottom of the t-nut.
In the picture I show you all the components that come with it. t-nut, bolt, two spacers, washer, and plastic wing nut. Also in the picture I show the bolt and t-nut together making a t-bolt holding all the parts with the wing nut.
I think these came 2 to a package and cost about $8.99. I know you can buy just the t-nuts shown in many places at bulk prices.
